Leyland colour solutions fan deck offers the perfect solution for partially sighted colour schemes as the Light Reflective Value (LRV) for each colour is clearly shown.

LRV’s are used in colour schemes to aid navigation for the partially sighted. Key areas, referred to as critical surfaces, such as doors, door edges and handrails need to have sufficient contrast to the background areas such as walls, ceilings and floors. To ensure that the correct levels of contrast are achieved on adjacent areas the standard LRV difference should be around 25-30 points.
