

All entrants must be aged 18 years or over. There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit. No purchase necessary.
The competition is open to all residents of the UK, IoM and Republic of Ireland excluding employees of the PPG group of companies, their families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
How to enter: To enter participants must correctly answer the questions shown and complete the entry form in full by the closing dates as shown below. All entries must clearly specify their 1st and 2nd choice regional heat location. Verbal entries will not be allowed. Successful participants will be drawn at random from correct entries after the closing date for each regional heat.
The closing dates for each venue are as follows:
a. North East Heat: Gateshead, closing date for entries: 02.03.09
b. North West Heat: Chester, closing date for entries: 16.03.09
c. Scotland Heat: Glasgow, closing date for entries: 30.03.09
d. Midlands Heat: Nottingham, closing date for entries: 13.04.09
e. South East Heat: Streatham, closing date for entries: 27.04.09
f. South East Heat: Letchworth, closing date for entries: 18.05.09
g. South West Heat: Bristol, closing date for entries: 01.06.09
h. Ireland heat: Newry, closing date for entries: 22.06.09
Regional Heats: Places are limited to 30 at each regional heat. The judge’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and no responsibility can be accepted for lost or delayed entries.

h. Ireland heat: Formula Karting, Newry: 09.07.09
The 30 successful participants for each heat will receive official invitations 2 weeks prior to each event including full details of the venue. Participants are responsible for their own transport to and from the events.
Each regional heat will be held on a Thursday evening as per the dates shown, with the first race taking place at 6.30pm. All participants must be at the venue for 6pm to register and for safety briefings. Food and beverages will be provided at each heat. Each heat will take approximately 2 hours.
Each heat comprises of a series of qualifying races and a final with the top 2 performing participants from each heat winning places in the Championship final. Each participant at the regional heats will be presented with a Leyland Trade goodie bag and the top 2 drivers will be awarded with winners medals.
The Championship Final: The participants that go through from each Regional Heat must be available to take part in the Championship final at Grand Prix Karting in Birmingham on Saturday 12th September 2009. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the events. The top 2 drivers from each regional heat will take part in the Championship final.
Prizes: The winner of the final will receive the Leyland Karting Championship Trophy, 2 nights accommodation half board in a 4 star hotel for 2 people, 2 x VIP hospitality tickets to the final race of the British Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch, an exclusive BTCC & Leyland goodie bag and £250 spending money. Runners up will all receive an exclusive BTCC & Leyland goodie bag plus a Day’s Driving Experience Voucher.
All Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
The promoter will check participating drivers at the final stage of the competition and reserves the right to exclude anyone who does not fulfil the entry criteria.

Participants will be required to take part in any related publicity associated with this competition. All copyright from the entries and images from the events will be transferred to the promoter as a condition of entry.
The promoter reserves the right to vary or terminate this promotion at any time due to wholly exceptional circumstances beyond their control that make it impossible to continue.
